Happy Great Day® shares strategies for more lighthearted living. But during her darkest moments, Author Suzana Ward believed God was punishing her. Looking back, she now realizes that the crushing personal losses that sent her spiraling into depression also gave her the insight for a remarkable lifestyle transformation.
The “Happiness Heroes” that Suzana researched for her book, blogs, and talks have taught her to step outside of her comfort zone to pursue extraordinary dreams and grand adventures.
When she’s not sharing ways to experience more laughter and stronger relationships, she is enjoying scenic mountain hikes, discovering off-the-beaten-path churches, wearing outrageously big hats with knee-high turquoise cowboy boots, and getting lost in classic poetry. Suzana is an avid dog lover, a fine jewelry designer, and a formidable pool shark in training.
